In this epic culmination, Cynder, Spyro and Sparx wake up in a room, where they are ahead of time. This time Cynder and Spyro team up to defeat the evil dark master Malefor, hoping to save the world from the evil and darkness that inhabits the Dragon world. This game starts with a weird group of enemies that are interring what is left of the Mountain Of Malefor. Cynder and Spyro are still frozen in a crystal after the fight with Gaul. The mysterious enemies break open the crystals and puts green glowing snakes around Cynders and Spyros necks in order to keep them to gather at all times, meaning that Sparx is leav’t who awakens later in the palm of of Hunter of Avalar, Who watched the whole thing happen and observed and watching it unfold from the shadows. While that is happing, Spyro and Cynder awaken in a dark area, trying to figure out what has happened to them.

This is the first Spyro game that a player can fly at any time they would like too! (Free-fly mode). The game features a cooperative mode that lets two players play at the same time, witch allows a player to drop-in and drop-out with the cooperative feature. The co-op feature lets the player to have the option of finishing the game playing Cynder or Spyro, also giving them the power to switch between Spyro and Cynder. It is confirmed that Spyro will use his powers: electricity, ice, fire and earth, while Cynder controls different powers: fear, wind, shadow, poison. The powers were given to her when the Dark Master controlled her; in addition to being faster she is also weaker. Cynder and Spyro can now equip Dragon Armor pecies that they find along the way. They can also use a feature called Melee Combos. Witch means that the player can do a number of hit combos to their opponents and the more the hit combos, the more Blue Gems the player is going to earn. Blue Gems power up Cynder and Spyro, letting them to upgrade moves. With the Blue Gems, the Red Gems can restore lost health. Green gems give the dragons breath energy that allows breath attacks. There is also Purple Gems (they can even be called fury gems) lets the dragons use a highly powerful attack move called a “Devastating Attack” witch make nearly all of the enemies on the screen to be defeated, when enough Purple Gems collected. The First level is where Spyro and Cynder are wearing two green glowing snakes on their necks; this seems to be where the attacks are learned. Malefor, the Dark Master and Hunter of Avalar will make their first full appearance in this game. This game comes out October 21, 2008. So check it out.
